Rye Township will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Township building at 1775 New Valley Road, Marysville to receive public comment on Ordinance 24-02 amending Chapter 360 Zoning of the Rye Township Code of Ordinances to establish procedures and guidelines for the construction , use, decommissioning, and enforcement of Principal Solar Energy Systems. The Board intends to consider enactment and vote on the proposed solar ordinance at their regularly scheduled meeting that begins at 7:00 PM following the public hearing.
